  • Butter 150 gr
  • Raisins 100 gr
  • Sugar 150 gr
  • Egg yolks 4
  • Lemon peel
  • Salt 1 pinch

Soak the raisins with warm schnapps.
Mix the two flours and sugar, add the egg yolks, butter cut into small pieces, lemon zest, pinch of salt and squeezed raisins.
Knead well until the mixture is smooth. Allow the dough to rest in the refrigerator.
Form into small balls and bake at 180°C for 10 min.
