  • Ricotta cheese 500 g
  • Mixed sliced meats
  • Stir-fried mixed vegetables

Beat eggs and add, salt, pepper, grated cheese. Spread the mixture in the baking sheets and bake at 180°C for 15 min. Remove the omelet from the baking sheet. Place clingfilm on a cutting board and invert the baking sheet and let cool. Place the filling with ricotta cheese, sliced meats and sautéed vegetables. Roll up the omelet helping yourself with the foil. Let the frittata rest in the refrigerator for 30 min. Cut the frittata into slices.
