• 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml hot water
  • 100 ml oil
  • 15 g fresh brewer’s yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 850 g 00 flour
  • 250 g Sautéed vegetables/cured meats and cheeses
  • 250 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt

Mix the fresh brewer’s yeast with the sugar. Add the warm water, milk, oil, flour, and salt and knead. Let rise for 1 hour.
Mix the ricotta cheese with the vegetables/sausage and cheese, salt and chili powder.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll them out and pour the filling in the center. Roll the dough and close the edges.
Transfer the loaves to the baking pan, cover with the tablecloth and let rise for 30 min.
Make folds on the loaves of bread, brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 180° for 30-35 min.
