• 1 kg flour
  • 250 g lard
  • 25 g salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 15 g baking soda

Mix the flour with the baking soda and add the lard, water and salt. Knead until a smooth ball is formed. Let rest 30 minutes and form into 120-gram balls. Let rest 10 minutes and roll out with rolling pin. Bake in a nonstick pan on both sides.
